C2S · DIGITAL PRODUCT ONBOARDING

Turn a commercial opportunity into a clear, verifiable product journey.

The challenge

Connect discovery, decision and proof without losing context

The journey starts with an opportunity presented in a store containing different products. People need to identify the offer, understand its value, compare their current position with the proposal and review the details before accepting.

The challenge was to preserve continuity while moving from a commercial context into a financial operation with consent, security and proof.

My contribution

Turn sales goals and product rules into an experience

I used business goals, product rules and background supplied by the specialist research area and Product Owners to design the journey UI: discovery, detail, review, consent, authorization and receipt.

I do not claim the research as my own. My responsibility was to understand the commercial goal and user benefit, then translate them into a clear interaction inside the app.

Value proposition

A progressive journey to understand, accept and verify

The proposal separates discovery, explanation, review and consent. Authorization is shown as an optional state, while the receipt preserves the information needed to review or share the operation.

Documented journey

  1. 01Discover
  2. 02Understand
  3. 03Review
  4. 04Authorize
  5. 05Verify

Visual states remain documented in Figma; this page does not claim production outcomes.

Decisions and evidence

Each change in commitment has explicit information and action

Evidence is organized by decision moment: contextual offer, value explanation, contractual review, optional authorization and recoverable proof. Screens use sample data.

  1. 01

    DISCOVER

  2. 02

    DETAIL

  3. 03

    REVIEW

  4. 04

    AUTHORIZATION

  5. 05

    RECEIPT

  • 01 · Contextualize the offer

    Value appears before consent.

  • 02 · Separate value and consent

Contract review has its own moment.

  • 03 · Close with proof

    The receipt preserves traceability.

Impact and scope

A complete mobile product-onboarding pattern documented

The verifiable outcome is the journey and its states in Figma, from an offer inside the catalogue to a receipt and email delivery. No undocumented metrics or commercial outcomes are presented.

Learnings

Selling inside an app also requires designing trust

An offer can be attractive and still remain verifiable. Separating value, terms, consent and security prevents conversion from depending on hidden information or a rushed financial decision.

Boundaries

Design evidence, not commercial outcomes

The original screens use a credit-line increase to demonstrate the C2S pattern. SuperToken is marked as optional in the source. Research came from the specialist area and Product Owners. No metrics or launch evidence are available.
